Efficiency and precision are the focus

Roth Composite Machinery is presenting itself at JEC World together with software developers

Steffenberg (red). When the industry meets at JEC World in Paris from March 4th to 6th, the filament winding specialists from Roth Composite Machinery will be there. The special machine manufacturer from Central Hesse is presenting itself at the leading international trade fair with an international team of experts from Germany, the USA and Korea and is presenting its service portfolio and current innovations in Hall 5, Stand 5J02.

Roth Composite Machinery will include once again its software company mefex the FW vessel design and analysis software company, as co-exhibitor for its own exhibition into the booth. “This solidarity shows what priorities we are setting in Paris,” explains Managing Director Dr. Andreas Reimann. The winding software µRoWin attracted a lot of attention last year, and now Roth Composite Machinery is presenting the further development of the software solution together with mefex. The application for simulating and programming machine movement was specifically adapted to the high-level filament winding machines from Roth Composite Machinery. The µRoWin software allows the processes for COPVs and pipes to be mapped, simulated and optimized: with even greater precision and much better user-friendliness. With this added flexibility, security and time savings, µRoWin delivers important added value, especially for the Ramp-up of production of new products or for gaining efficiency advantages in batch change-overs.

“Through our joint trade fair appearance, everyone who is interested can get to know the advantages and possibilities of the winding simulation software in all aspects,” emphasizes Roth Composite Machinery Managing Director Dr. Andreas Reimann, “We are looking forward to interesting discussions, because being together at a leading international trade fair like JEC World provides important impetus for future developments, which we, as recognized filament winding experts, are actively helping to shape.”
