As an innovative partner to the international brush industry, Roth Composite Machinery has been developing creative concepts for both customised individual solutions and entire production processes for many decades.
The innovations developed in-house include the RoAn tool, which increases machine performance by 25 per cent, as well as carousel machines and special machines for technical brushes.
There are always three key factors: market requirements, durability and easy and intuitive operation.
For over 100 years Roth Composite Machinery is delivering production lines for the brush industry in the business area Brushes & Brooms (formerly SCHLESINGER). There hardly is a country in this world where no machine from Burgwald is found.
The machines of Roth Composite Machinery are working successfully where high efficiency, minimal maintenance and great versatility are requested – already for a long time. Each machine implies professional competence, optimal product quality and worldwide experience. Roth Composite Machinery belongs to the companies combining innovative engineering work, efficient and robust machines with a first-class service.
The machine concepts from Roth are available in 2 different versions.
The BSB version is used for normal hole diameters (2-8.5mm), while the VP version was designed for hole diameters of 6-12mm and has a correspondingly stable and indestructible machine design.
When our machine portfolio reaches its limits or simply does not meet our customer's requirements, we become individualised.
Customer-specific tasks demonstrate the extent of our experience, customer focus and development expertise.
This is based on our more than 100 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
Roth Composite Machinery from the Brushes & Brooms business unit (formerly SCHLESINGER) has been supplying production machines to the brush industry for over 100 years. There is hardly a country in the world where our machines from Burgwald cannot be found.
The foundation stone for our success was laid by Friedrich Schlesinger, who founded the company in Schönheide (Erzgebirge) in 1919.
